Floating Support Widget: Deployed a secure, real-time chat module to the Creator Studio, allowing instant, encrypted communication between artists and station administration.
Admin Command Inbox: A dedicated 2-pane interface for admins to monitor all active channels, view offline history, and transmit replies dynamically.
Live Notification Badges: Silent AJAX polling instantly triggers red unread badges in both the Admin sidebar and the Artist's chat icon the moment a new message is received.

System Recovery (Password Reset): Deployed a highly secure, token-based password recovery flow matching the sleek Energy OS dark mode UI.
Automated Onboarding: Upon registration, artists are now emailed a secure copy of their credentials alongside a "Pending Approval" notice. Admins simultaneously receive an email alert.
Download Receipts & Approvals: Station admins toggling an account to "Live" will instantly trigger an approval email to the user. Additionally, when admins download an audio file via the Syndicate, the uploader receives an automated receipt confirming processing.
// Network Show Coverage & Swaps
Coverage Board: A dedicated portal added to the Creator Studio allowing DJs to request emergency or scheduled cover for specific dates and times, complete with optional notes.
Network-Wide Alerts: Automated push notifications AND emails are now sent to all active DJs on the network whenever a new cover request goes live. Alerts are fully clickable, routing directly to the claim page.
Instant Claims & History: 1-click claiming for available shows. The system automatically emails the original DJ that their show is covered, and a new Coverage History log has been added to track all stepped-up shifts.

Support Network Integration: Deployed a premium, secure Stripe payment gateway directly inside the Creator Dashboard, allowing artists and DJs to contribute to station overheads and the Charity of the Month.
